Health Coaching Sessions
Our Certified Functional Medicine Nutrition Health Coach plays a key role in helping patients find success by supporting, guiding, and educating individuals throughout their health journey. When working with our health coach, you will co-create health goals and overcome obstacles that ultimately lead to positive change while being held accountable. Whether you are struggling with sticking to a food plan, wanting to lose weight or finding an exercise routine that works for you, our health coach will be there every step of the way. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables patients to reach current and future wellness goals and find success with overall health.

​Dana is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach. She has been working with clients since 2016. She decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of working with individuals to improve their health and lifestyle. Dana understands that changing habits and creating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. She guides clients to remove barriers, creating new healthy habits one step at a time. Recognizing each individual has unique health needs, Dana empowers clients to live their best lives by addressing the root cause of imbalance through evidence-based diet and lifestyle changes. She received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Dana can see patients individually or alongside Vis Clinic Doctors to support patients throughout their wellness journey.​
